PORK CHOPS SOUTHERN STYLE 
4 thick cut pork chops
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices tomato
4 slices onion
4 slices green pepper

Sprinkle salt and 1/2 of the lemon pepper on pork chops. Place butter in skillet and brown pork chops on both sides over medium heat. Remove chops from pan and dissolve bouillon in water, add Worcestershire. Pour in skillet to soften drippings.

Add rice and allow rice to cook for 1/2 of the time directed on rice package. Place in baking dish, layer rice, pork chops, tomato, onion, green pepper and sprinkle remaining lemon pepper on top. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
