BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops, floured
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
butter
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
4 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown lightly floured pork chops in a skillet. Remove pork chops and saute onions and celery in same skillet. Put rice into a casserole dish with enough butter to enable it to brown by placing it in a 350 degree oven. Stir periodically until rice is browned. Pour onions and celery over browned rice then layer pork chops over rice and pour bouillon liquid over chops. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
