MEATY, TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tortellini or any small pasta
4 oz. provolone cheese, cubed
8 oz. salami, cubed
4 oz. pepperoni, cubed
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
2 sm. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in bowl; toss to mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Yields 12 servings.
