SAUERKRAUT AND SAUSAGE 
1 can sauerkraut (washed and drained)
1 or 2 rings of Hillshire beef sausage
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 sm. onion, chopped
Paprika

Cover with water, bring to boil. Cook over medium heat uncovered for 30 minutes or until sausage is cooked. Good with boiled or mashed potatoes. I put mine in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes with 1 1/2 cups water, letting pressure come down on its own. Remove lid and simmer until water is cooked down if necessary.
