ZUCCHINI PIE 
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
5 zucchini, cut thin
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Mix eggs, salt, pepper, garlic and grated cheese together. Add Bisquick and zucchini and beat together. Pour into buttered pie pan (deep dish) and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
