SALMON LOAF | |
1 lb. can salmon 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 egg yolks 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. hot milk 2 egg whites 2 tbsp. melted butter Remove skin and bone from salmon. Add all ingredients, except egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered loaf dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
