TURKEY STUFFING 
1 loaf of bread (old), broken sm.
About a few shakes of salt and pepper
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/4 lb. sausage meat
Hot water or chicken broth made with water and a chicken bouillon cube

Mix all together until moist but holds together. Stuff into the back end of a chicken or turkey, sew or tie closed and rub Spry all over the bird. Cook chicken about 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees, basting with the juice in the pan. Turkey will need about 2 loaves of bread and 1/2 pound sausage meat. Cook about 5 to 6 hours for a 10 to 12 pound turkey.
