HAM AND SWISS QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie shell
2 slices Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. half & half or 8 oz. canned milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. flour
1 can chunk ham
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar

Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell. Pour in egg, milk, salt, flour, add ham and sprinkle with Cheddar. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
