BAKED EGG CUSTARD 
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in pan of hot water in a slow oven 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
