FRIED CARROTS & CELERY 
5 carrots
5 celery

BATTER:

4 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour

Cut carrots and celery to about 3 inch strips. Boil, drain and set aside. Mix batter ingredients together. (It will be like a cake batter.) Add celery and carrots to batter then scoop out by tablespoon and fry in hot oil. Golden when done.
