BALSAMIC HONEY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
2 pork loin chops
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Heat enough olive oil to lightly coat your frying pan. Heat oil on medium high heat. Crush the cloves of garlic and rub on pork chops both sides, add salt and pepper to taste. Add pork chops to the heated oil.

Brown pork chop on each side (about 2 minutes per side). Once browned, reduce heat to medium low. Add the balsamic vinaigrette and honey to the frying pan.

Coat the pork chop in the sauce and simmer for 10 min.

* If you really enjoy the flavour of balsamic vinaigrette, marinate the pork chops in it for 2 hours prior to cooking, and cover your pan when simmering

I was hesitant to try this combination. Thought the balsamic vinaigrette would be way too powerful. The pork chops were delectable. Try this especially if you are a first time cook.

Very good. Pork chops were a little dry but maybe fried to long. Flavor was great.

HAVE to try this recipe. Will make my own balsamic vinaigrette however - from one of the recipes listed on this site. You KNOW home made - would have much more flavor than store bought. Thank you Jilly Bean for submitting this recipe. Has to be a keeper!
