3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or shortening
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. milk

Sift together first 4 ingredients. Cut butter or shortening into dry ingredients, as pie crust. Beat together eggs and add milk. Add to flour and shortening and mix with fork. Chill. Roll out like pie crust and cut. These cookies will not lose their shape. Bake at 350 degrees.
