2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. white onion, chopped fine
1 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Drain pineapple and add to cheese. Add bell pepper and onion and pecans. Stir. Spread on Ritz crackers.
