HOT CHIPPED BEEF AND CREAM
CHEESE DIP
 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Salt
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef, minced
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter and saute pecans. Remove from heat and reserve. Blend cream cheese and milk in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn into lightly buttered small casserole. Cover with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or corn chips.
