CREAM CHEESE DIP 
2 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients.

For Spread: Let stand at room temperature.

For Cheese Ball: Put in refrigerator until firm. Roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with crackers or chips.
