EASY SEAFOOD CHEDDAR BISCUITS 
4 oz. crab leg meat
1 (16 oz.) pkg. small shrimp, peeled and deveined (pre-cooked works just fine)
2 pkgs. Bisquick complete biscuit mix (cheese and garlic)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Mince the crab and shrimp meat very finely (a food processor is ideal).

Prepare biscuits according to package directions. Add the crab and shrimp to the biscuit mix making sure its all incorporated evenly.

Distribute batter into a well greased cupcake pan. Brush the top of the batter with melted batter.

Follow baking instructions on the package.

Makes 12 biscuits.
