CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
12 to 16 chicken wings, cut into pieces
1/2 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. sugar

Lay chicken pieces in flat baking dish. Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Turn down heat to 300 degrees. Bake for 2 hours, turning at 15 minute intervals. Serve in chafing dish.
