CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
16 chicken wings, 2 lbs. cut into 3 parts; do not use tips 6 oz. water 3 oz. soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt (or 4 lg. fresh cloves) 1/2 tsp. ginger (or 4 lg. pieces fresh ginger root) 2 dashes brown sugar Marinate overnight. Cook 3/4 hour at 400 degrees on cookie sheet. Do not cover. |
