HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil (vegetable)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. mashed bananas

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon in large bowl; mix well. Then add beaten eggs and oil. (Do not use electric mixer). Stir in vanilla, pineapple and pecans and bananas, mix well. Grease a Bundt pan and flour it. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Leave in pan 1/2 hour until cool.

FROSTING:

1/2 of (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Vanilla

Frost cake. Sprinkle with pecans.
