3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. ripe bananas, diced

Measure dry ingredients, add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple. Stir the mixture to blend but don't beat. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Ice with favorite icing.
