3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together.

Add:

1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. crushed pineapple, with juice
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Hand mix only. Bake in greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. (Test with toothpick) Or it can be baked in a 9 by 13 inch pan, also (greased and floured) at the same baking time.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until light and fluffy.
