YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed white crackers
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Cheddar cheese (1/2 in casserole and 1/2 on top)

Mix everything. Put in 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and has set (20 minutes or more).
