YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 yellow squash
1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Cook yellow squash until tender. Drain. Put one layer of squash, one layer of ground beef, cover with a little sauce. Layer a little cheese. Put one layer of each until complete. Put in oven. Cook about 45 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees. 4 servings.
