BUTTER NUT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. Swans Down cake flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. butternut flavoring

Combine cake batter ingredients as you would any layer cake recipe. It will make 3 or 4 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box 4X sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 can angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sifted sugar, coconut, nuts and flavoring. Blend together the front, between layers and outside of cake.
