MICRO - REUBEN 
8 slices rye bread, toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked corned beef
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
4 tbsp. thousand island dressing

Arrange 4 slices of bread on a paper towel. Top each slice with a piece of cheese, 1 slice corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and 1 tablespoon dressing. Microwave at 50% power 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese starts to melt. Top with remaining slices of bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
