BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 med. bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Nuts
Cherries
Vanilla extract

Mix together 1/2 cup butter with 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and press in pan (9 x 13 inch).

Whip together 1/2 pound soft butter, 2 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until thick and smooth, about 15 minutes. Spread on cracker crust. Place 3 medium bananas (or more) sliced lengthwise 3 times (9 strips) on top. Drain crushed pineapple and put over bananas. Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate 6-8 hours.
