BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 to 5 bananas
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Nuts
Maraschino cherries
Chocolate syrup

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 cup butter ( melted). Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Save a few crumbs for the top. Cream 2 sticks of butter with powdered sugar and vanilla; add one egg at a time and beat 5 minutes with electric beater. Spoon over crust. Slice 4 to 5 bananas over cream mixture. Pour a large can of drained crushed pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over this and sprinkle with remaining crumbs, nuts and cherries. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Refrigerate overnight.
