GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

14-16 Oreo cookies
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Crush cookies, add the melted butter, and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Reserve a few crumbs for topping.

FILLING:

30 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 oz. green creme de menthe
1 1/2 oz. white creme de cacao
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

In the top of a double boiler, melt the marshmallows in milk. When melted, remove from heat and cool. Stir occasionally. Add the creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold this mixture into the whipped cream. Pour into Oreo crust. Sprinkle a few of the cookie crumbs on top.
