GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
32 lg. marshmallows or 3 c. small marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
1/4 c. creme de menthe (green)
3 tbsp. white creme de cocoa
Few drops green food coloring; optional

Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 10 minutes; cool.

Melt marshmallows with milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Chill until thickened. In chilled bowl beat cream until stiff. Stir in marshmallow mixture to blend. Gradually stir in creme de mint and cocoa; fold in food coloring (optional). Pour into pie shell. Chill 4 hours.
