2 c. (24) crushed Oreos
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
Few drops peppermint extract
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Few drops green food coloring

Combine Oreo crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for top. Press remaining crumbs into 9 inch pan and chill 1 hour. Gradually add milk to marshmallow; mix well and add extract and food coloring.

Fold in whipped cream; pour mixture into chilled pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
