QUICK AND EASY MEATBALLS 
2 slices bread, crumbled
Milk
1 egg, beaten slightly
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Garlic salt, to taste
Dash pepper
Olive oil

Add enough milk to crumbled bread to moisten. Let soak 5 minutes. Add egg, ground beef, cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Divide meatball mixture into 4 equal parts. Divide each part again into 4 equal sized meatballs by rolling between both hands into a ball. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Place meatballs on it and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven and then broil for 5 minutes. Add to spaghetti sauce or eat as is. Makes 16.
