GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

20 Oreo cookies
1 stick melted butter

Crush cookies fine in plastic bag. Mix butter and cookies and put in greased pie plate; freeze.

FILLING:

20 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Crushed Oreos

Melt 20 large marshmallows with milk in double boiler; let cool. Add creme de menthe. After well cooled, fold in whipped cream and whip until stiff. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top. Put in pie crust and freeze. Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
