GRASSHOPPER PIE (NO BAKE) 
16 dark chocolate wafers (Oreo cookies with filling removed may be used)
1/3 c. melted butter
24 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 c. whipping cream

Crush cookies in blender or roll between waxed paper. Add to melted butter and press into 9" pie pan. Allow to set in refrigerator while preparing pie filling.

In double boiler (or microwave) melt marshmallows; remove from heat, stir in milk and allow to cool in refrigerator.

Whip cream until fluffy and add to marshmallow mixture with creme de menthe. Pour into pie shell. Freeze pie several hours or overnight. Decorate with chocolate cookie crumbs or shaved chocolate. Dip pan in hot water before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
