SUGAR FREE BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
16 graham crackers
4 tbsp. plus 4 tsp butter
2 c. Ricotta Cheese
2 small boxes sugar free Instant Vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
4 bananas sliced
2 c. crushed pine apples (in own juice) drained
1 large carton Lite Cool Whip
chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix graham crackers and butter; press into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake 10 minutes at 375°F. Cool.

Soften cheese, add milk and mix well. Add pudding and beat with mixer at low speed. Spread mixture over crust. Layer bananas and crushed pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts.
