BROCCOLI BREAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix together all ingredients except the cornbread mix. Add the cornbread mix and stir thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400°F. Serve hot. May sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top when bread is done.
