1 pkg. Jiffy muffin mix cornbread
1 10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
3 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups cheese your choice (grated)
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sweet milk

Mix all ingredients and put in a 13 x 9 glass pan for best results. Its very moist and needs to be baked thin. Grease pan well and bake for 30 minute at 400°F.
