1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 large onion chopped
1 - 8 oz. mild kraft cheese
4 eggs
1 - 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter melted
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients, adding cornmeal mix last.

Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 400°F for 25 minutes. Serve while hot.
