SEVEN MINUTE FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler, beat at low speed until blended. Cook over boiling water, beating constantly at high speed, until it forms firm peaks. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat for 2 minutes or until spreading consistency.
