HOT ANTIPASTO SHISH-KABOB SALAD 
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
2 c. cherry tomatoes
12 slices salami, folded into quarters
1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 pepperoni stick, sliced
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. black olives

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, oregano and basil. Set aside.

Roll cheese cubes in the bread crumbs to coat. Thread a cherry tomato, salami slice, cheese cube, zucchini slice, pepperoni slice, green pepper piece, artichoke heart and black olive onto each 12-inch wooden skewer.

Preheat broiler. Place kabobs on a broiler-pan rack. Brush each with oil mixture. Broil 3 to 4 minutes; brushing with oil mixture. Serve warm. Makes 12 kabobs.
