ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD 
12 oz. pkg. spiral macaroni
1 c. chopped red & green pepper
1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips
1 sm. red onion, cut into rings
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
8-12 oz. Italian dressing

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients (8 ounces of the dressing).

Add macaroni and toss well. Chill several hours before serving. If salad is too dry add the remaining dressing. Serves 6-8.
