ANTIPASTO SALAD 
8 oz. pasta (any type)
1 red onion
3/4 c. pepperoni sliced
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed

Toss. Mix dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Toss. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
