CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 to 3 cups of diced chicken 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/4 c. milk 1 pkg. of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 2/3 c. butter, melted 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 2 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen broccoli Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place broccoli in bottom of casserole. Layer chicken on top. Dilute soups with milk and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing with butter and chicken broth. Layer stuffing on top on chicken. Bake 40 minutes. |
