JAYNE'S SWISS BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 large deboned chicken breasts 4 tsp. vinegar 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 c. Pepperidge Farm original stuffing mix 1 stick real butter 4 to 5 slices good Swiss cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. In your baking dish, place the chicken, breast side up, then put 1 teaspoon vinegar on each breast. Put cheese slices to cover breast; put the undiluted soup over the cheese. Then put the stuffing mix on top and pour over the one stick of melted butter. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breast. Delicious served with brown or mixed rice and salad. Looks and tastes real fancy! |
