CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 1/2 c. chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Place cooked broccoli into a 1 quart buttered casserole. Arrange chicken pieces over broccoli. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken and broccoli. Spread crumbs over entire top. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
