HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
4 carrots
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt

Peel carrots, cut off ends, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices. Put into saucepan. Use wooden spoon, stir in orange juice, water, butter, honey and salt. Put lid on saucepan. Cook on medium heat until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove lid, simmer until most of liquid disappears, it will take about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
