HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
6 med. carrots, cut in 2" - 3" pieces
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey

Cook carrots in small amount of boiling salted water 10 to 15 minutes; drain. Cook less time if you prefer to slice, I do. In skillet melt butter; add sugar and honey; simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Add carrots and cook over low heat about 5 minutes; turning carrots to glaze. Serves 4.
