FAJITAS 
1 1/2 lbs. round or skirt steak
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
Pepper
Flour tortillas

Trim excess fat and gristle from meat. Tenderize with a mallet. Cut into long strips 1 1/2" wide by 6" long. Marinate with the Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper for 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill over charcoal, 5 minutes on each side. Place in an attractive covered dish, along with any juices from cooking. In separate bowls, provide an array of garnishes such as chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced avocado and refried beans. To serve, place meat and garnishes in flour tortilla and roll.
