STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. lean hamburger OR
1/2 lb. lean beef, cubed rump or round
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 3/4 c. water
2 c. whole wheat noodles, cooked
8 tbsp. low-fat yogurt

1. Brown hamburger and drain OR saute beef cubes. Add mushrooms

2. Whisk dry onion soup and flour into water and heat. Stir until thickened.

3. Combine thickened onion soup and cooked lean beef.

4. Serve over cooked whole wheat noodles. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt. Serves 4.
