TURKEY AND BROCCOLI STROGANOFF 
3 c. cooked, white turkey or chicken, cut into strips
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. julienne red pepper
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (8 oz) container plain yogurt
3 tbsp. flour
8 oz. cooked broccoli florets
2 tbsp. dry white wine
Cooked noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a medium skillet. Saute turkey, mushrooms, onion, and pepper until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Combine yogurt and flour until smooth. Stir into turkey mixture. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in broccoli and wine and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles. Makes 6 servings.
