GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. tomato paste
3/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt

Brown beef in skillet with onions and garlic. When beef is brown, rinse slightly with a little water and drain; add mushrooms and pepper. Stir in tomato paste and water. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn stove to low, add yogurt and sherry. Cook at low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over 1/2 cup egg noodles.

Serves 4.
